By submitting this application, you agree:
1) The information provided herein is complete and accurate. Providing incomplete and/or false information could result in the rejection of the application. This is a legally binding agreement and application.
2) Submission of this application does not guarantee a storage or garage rental, which is reserved only upon signing of a completed lease agreement by all parties and payment of your final invoice upon approval.
3) Additional information may be required in order to process your application. Our management team will contact you upon receipt of this online application to obtain any additional information necessary or to confirm your time to see it.
4) There is a $25 application fee. The application fee will go toward the security deposit if you are accepted. If you are declined your application fee will not be returned. Your application will not be processed until after you have paid the application fee. If you are requesting a showing, you will be able to pay the application fee at the showing. Cash, check or credit card are accepted. If you are not requesting a showing you will receive an email invoice for the application fee to pay online.

I believe that the statements I have made are true and correct. I hereby authorize a credit and/or criminal check to be made and verification of information I provided and communication with any and all names listed on this application. I understand that any discrepancy or lack of information may result in the rejection of this application. I understand that this is an application for a garage or storage and does not constitute a rental or lease agreement in whole or part. Any questions regarding rejected applications must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope. I further understand that if I pay the deposit at lease signing and fail to move into the property at the designated time that the deposit and any other funds are holding fees and are non-refundable.
