Rent-to-Own homes are not available as only rentals. Rent-to-Own homes are for people that are going to be committing to buying the home within a couple of years. Click this button if you are looking for just a rental home.

If you already have your pre-approval done from a lender or you have sufficient funds already and you are looking to purchase a home, please click this button. 

If you have funds to put toward a purchase and you are ready to commit to buying the home but need a little time to qualify, the rent-to-own program is for you. Participating homes only. Click this button to begin.  

If you are an agent and you would like to schedule a showing for a client, click this button.
